Our Tours will operate with a 56-passenger coach so we can have several empty seats to allow guests to space out for a more comfortable experience.
Pre Self-Screening: We ask all travelers to assure that they are healthy and have no coronavirus symptoms (fever, fatique, dry cough, difficulty breathing) before arriving for departure. You will be asks to fill out a wellness declaration. We hope that you consider getting a Covid vaccination, but it will not be required to travel with us.
Motorcoach: The coach is Cleaned and Sanitized at start of tour at Cardinal Buses garage. All surfaces will be sanitized often while on the road, including regular cleaning of high-touch areas with disinfecting wipes. Hand sanitizer will be available at all times and drivers will wear protective gear when appropriate.
On-Tour Experiences: We will work closely to ensure adequate physical distancing during meals, experiences, and sightseeing.
Hotel: Specific protocols will vary from destination to destination, hotel to hotel. Overall rooms, and areas like restaurants, fitness centers, etc. will be deeply cleaned regularly with rooms disinfected thoroughly between guests. High-traffic areas like lobbies and elevators will be cleaned more often.
Use of Face Coverings: Unless required by proclamation, we will NOT require you to wear protective masks, however we highly recommend wearing protective masks while in the coach. You will be responsible to bring your own protective mask in case attractions, restaurants etc. require while on tour.
Self-Screening During Tour: We will ask all travelers to monitor their health throughout their tour and to let us now immediately of changes.
