SMOKING ON THE MOTORCOACH:

NO Smoking of any kind is permitted on board the coach. We will take rest stops approximately every (2) two hours and allow smoking outside the coach.

TIPPING:

S & S Travel, Inc. does not require or expect passengers to tip the driver or escort.  However, we are aware that a number of individuals feel good about rewarding a job well done.  This is strickly a personal decision based on your evaluation fo the services rendered whether to extend a token of appreciation to the escort or the driver. We do request that any gifts be offered on an individual basis and that group collections NOT be taken.

CANCELLATIONS:

S & S Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason with no responsiblity other than the refund of all monies paid by the tour member.    100% OF ALL RECOVERABLE COSTS.

TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN:

Now available trip cancellation / interruption / medical insurance.  They do accept pre-existing medical conditions al long as you purchase within 14 days from the date of your initial trip deposit is made.  S & S Travel, Inc. will send you a brochure explaining the insurance program upon request or call the office toll free at 1-888-262-4423.

RESPONSIBILITY:

S & S Travel, Inc. acts as agents for tour members in arranging room accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admissions, and restaurants.  S & S Travel, Inc. reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes to an itinerary and is not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time, money, bankruptcy of any tour supplier,or other circumstance resulting from a change to an itinerary or change of tour arrangements made by it for tour members.  S & S Travel, Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal property or for injuries, expenses, damages, whatsoever incurred or claimed by any tour member.  We reserve the right to accept, decline, or retain any person as a member of the tour.

FUEL SURCHARE:

All tours are subject to Motorcoach and Air Fuel Surcharges. Fuel charges are included on tour price unless fuel goes over $4.00 a gallon, then it would be reconsidered.
